Workbook 7 introduces the letter sounds: v, w, y, z
The sight words are: be, come, your, who, was
Your child will learn the new sounds and sight words while reviewing everything they learned in the previous workbooks. They will be able to sound out several new words and read lots of new sentences and stories. Compound words and 2-syllable words are introduced. Your child will learn how to read ing, ang, ong, and ung words.

The activity pack includes flashcards for letter sounds, sight words, and phonetic words. There is a self-checking reading game to help your child practice sounding out the new words.
